Karakorum mountain range has enromous ranage of unnamed and unclimbed Peak, located in the Gojrave valley of Shimshal village, in Hunza, above Perchod washk ,the hight measured 6008m, the approach to the peak base camp is three days from Shimshal village, Koh e Brobar first successful ascent was in June 31, 2011 by a multinational group from Germany,Poland and Pakistan, the expedition was named for gender equality ,the lead by Mr.Mirza Ali, the name of the peak was proposed by the team after first successful ascent, Koh e Brobar means Mt.equlaity in English, since Miss.Samina baig and Mr.Ali initiated climbing together to empower women through mountain sports in Pakistan being the pioneers of women adventure, their several expeditions were more or less for gender equality and women empowerment.
The base camp of the peak is at lush green patch above Perchod washk, the trekking route goes over the famous Boisom pass 5000m, to the base which is around 4200m ,this is a good acclimatization before going to the peak.
